In this meeting a decision was taken for the construction of a magnificent temple and registration of this temple be done with Registrar of Society, Delhi Administration, Delhi as per the Society Registration Act.

It was decided that the temple shall be built in the plot area of 800 square yards.

Murti Pran Pratishta was initiated on 11th May, 1989 with elaborate rituals and ceremonies that continued till 15th May, 1989 which included the Prabhat Pheri.

The Shri Sanatan Dharma Mandir Sabha (Reg. No. S-17221) is efficiently managed by the meticulous working the Governing Body whose composition is as follows:

Temple Highlights:

  • The temple is spacious and well-maintained.
  • It is air-conditioned with lift facility
  • It has a spacious hall for langar services on the second floor.
  • The head-priest, Pandit Ji resides in the space provided within the temple premises.
  • During festivals the temple is decorated with lights, flowers, balloons etc. and the celebrations are conducted with all rituals and great fervour.
  • Bhajan kirtan is done every Tuesday afternoon
